Who Am I?

Hi, my name is Logan Fletcher, I am an aspiring business owner and the sole operator of North West Business Tech Solutions, I am a proud lifelong 4th generation Tamworth local, and I have a passion for technology and design.

I was raised around computers and technology and I started to learn how to use a computer at just 4 years old (with my parents help of course). I started doing graphic design when I was just 10 years old as a hobby. Some of my first projects in this regard included posters for my bedroom and designing birthday cards for family members. At age 13, I started doing web design as a hobby. My first project in that regard was an easy to use private link directory for my family computer. 

I started having asperations to build a business in 2025, and with lots of courage and hard work, I went live in January 2026 as North West Social Media Solutions. In May 2026, I decided to rebrand North West Social Media Solutions to North West Business Tech Solutions to allow me to move into more markets and help even more people. Despite the rebrand and expanding into other markets, my passion for design hasn't gone anywhere, and I'm going to continue to build my business brick by brick, piece by piece.

I am only 16, but this is not something I try to hide, it's something try to embrace. If anyone knows about technology and the internet, it's someone who grew up not just around it, but someone who activly use it creatively from a young age. I hope that the longer I offer these services, the more I grow and learn.

I always try to shop local from regional and remote businesses when I can. If I ever need supplies, I always try and get them locally from local distrubutors. I do this because I believe that shopping local just gives you a connection that you just can't get from the big companies.

One day I would like to expand my enterprise to reach out to even more regional and remote communities. I would also like to one day have a physical branch so that people can just walk in and have that face to face connection that is just so important in regional areas.

I am going to work my absolute hardest to give my clients the best service I possibly can, and with lots of happy clients, I like to think I'm doing a good job.

What Do I Do?

I take care of your businesses technical and design needs so you don't have to. Technology can be hard to use, especiallty if you haven't been using it for long, and designing things can be even harder, but its also very important for doing business in the modern world. 

Social media and websites are important because that's how people find businesses in the modern age we live in.

Graphic design is important because that's how people find your business in the first place.

File organising, email moderation, device setup and device support are important because it helps boost productivity, and it takes an extra load of the business owners shoulders so that they can do other things to help their business thrive, and device cleaning does that while also making your business safer.

What Makes Me Different?

I deliver high quality services at an affordable price. I grew up around technology, so if anyone knows about technology and how it works, it's me. 

Unlike other similar business, we are and forever will be a regionally based company with a regional and remote focus. Living and growing up in North West NSW myself, I understand the importance of regional and remote business. If you refer to our Who Do We Service page, I actually state that I will refuse to do business with all metropolitan businesses, as this would defeat my original goal of helping regional and remote businesses thrive. Without small businesses, mega corporations would be able to monopolise small town economies, which would fuel an already volatile cost of living crisis and I would hate to see that happen.

I am 100% AI free and will never use AI in the making and delivery of my services. A robot can never truely do what a human does best. A human brain will always be better than a robot one. Some of my competitors push AI, but I discourage it, plus AI design looks lazy and is often distorted. It's also a lot worse for the environment, as the data centres used to power major AI engines are usually in forests that have had to be cleared solely to make way for these data centres, and they use clean drinking water to cool their systems which decreases clean drinking water supplies for people that live within the vicinity of these data centres.

I am open 7 days a week (excluding select public holidays) so that you can organise things whenever suits you and your business best. I understand that everyones peak workload comes around at different times, so I aim to make it convenient for you. My work phone is always on for new and existing clients.
