Social Media

Social media is one of the best ways to market your business or organisation to a new customer base, especially if your looking for a younger customer. These days, people of all ages are using social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram around the clock, however it is young people use it the most and these are the people more likely to choose your business or organisation solely because you have a social media page. Below is a breakdown of the types of social media services I offer. Prices are found at the bottom of this page...

Social Media Posting & Design

Social media posting is where you pick the number of posts you want per week and... well... that's it. I take the hastle of having to think of what to post, then making something to post, then doing all the little things and then all of a sudden, you've just lost an hour that you could have used to do something else to help your business thrive.

This ties into my graphic design service, except all the graphic design work required for your social media page is included at no additional cost.

You don't even need to hand over any passwords. It is a lot more secure process than you may think.

I can even throw in a monthly performance report, sent straight to your inbox for an additional fee.

Comment Moderation

Comment moderation is designed to make your businesses social media page look alive, even when your not posting.

If someone comments on one of your posts, I will give the comment a valid reaction (I will only send positive reactions) and give a short, relevant reply on behalf of your business. For example, If someone gives you good feedback in the comments, I will reply with "Thanks for the feedback (insert name here)" or something relevant along those lines.

DM Moderation

DM moderation is a very similar concept to comment moderation, the only real difference is it focuses on direct messages rather than comments.

If someone messages your business on social media, I will review the message and if I find it's a genuine question or genuine feedback, I will notify you (the business owner) of the message so you can respond yourself. I will not intact with customers via DMs under any circumstances.

Page Analysis & Review

At North West Business Tech Solutions, I want your businesses or organisations page to thrive, regardless whether or not you decide to do business with me, which is why I offer one free page review and analysis as apart of your initial consultation. This will show you where your businesses or organisations page is at and how it can improve.

This report will be typed and sent to the business owner or organisation leader via email This report can also be sent to you via tradtional mail at another additional cost. You will also incur an additional cost for every extra report you request after your first one. Those costs can be found at the end of this page. This report will be finished within two hours of the request being received and will be delivered to you either when it's finished if it's your free one, or when payment is receive if it's not your first one.

Business Profile Setup

Has your business not yet got a social media page? I can help you with that.

When you are choosing this service there are 2 options you can choose from, both of which cost the same. I can either completely set it up for you or I can assist you to set it up yourself either live over the phone or in person.

I can also set up your businesses Google page to increase your businesses digital presence. When people are looking for a business, Google is the first place they go, so why not have your business come up as a result. You will require a Google (Gmail) account to be able to setup a Google page.
